1c butter or margarine
1c brown sugar
1c sugar
1c cooking oil
1 eggg
1tsp baking soda
1tsp cream of tartar
1tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 c flour
1c oats
1c crisp rice cereal
1c chocolate chips
CREAM margarine until softened
ADD sugar and oil, beat until well combined.
BEAT in egg
ADD baking soda, cream of tartar, vanilla, salt, and flour. Beat till thoroughly combined.
STIR IN oats, rice cereal, and chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Press each cookie lightly with glass bottom dipped in sugar.
BAKE at 350 for 12-14 min
